This now-traditional exhibition presents artwork, including graphics, paintings, fashion designs and haute couture garments, created using various techniques by the most talented students of Budapest's Ferencváros district between the ages of 7 and 19. The schools are constantly searching for ways to find things of value that are aligned to the unique characteristics of their environments and their needs, and that are worth emphasising in order to help their students prosper. This is how the each individual school develops its environment. Artistic education bears fruit in many different forms: what is wonderful about it is how it unleashes and nourishes creative energies, the driving force behind everything that we do. The way our mind stores fragments of memory is by putting its own personal stamp on information packets received from the outside world. This makes it possible to store them for years and recall them easily.
The effect of the process of artistic education is manifested over the course of months, years and decades: from the initial steps, from the input to the output - and beyond. Understanding, tradition, customs and behavioural norms, elements influencing and determining their tastes, conditioning, the images that they have constructed of the world: everything that students at school experience will accompany them throughout their lives. This is what they grow up on. In judging matters, careers and people, quality is the key factor.
