This one-time and one-of-a-kind concert taking place in the Festival Theatre features the versatile singer Eszter Váczi, Martin Breinschmid, heralded as Europe's leading vibraphonist and The Dream Makers band. With virtuoso instrumental solos and innovative, sometimes unusual, instrumentations, they will be playing jazz classics from New Orleans, Chicago and New York and memorable hits from the early swing period. Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, Lionel Hampton and Gene Krupa - all fully recharged.

Váczi has ventured in many different directions, ranging from popular genres (Jazz+Az) to contemporary jazz (ESP, Hárshegy, Modern Art Orchestra), over the course of her career so far, all while leading her own jazz quartet, which she founded quite a while ago. Martin Breinschmid has appeared as a drummer and percussionist with such stars of traditional jazz as Buddy De Franco, Ken Peplowski, Bucky Pizzarrelli and Scott Hamilton. Later on, he released a series of solo albums as a vibraphonist, creating music that he has taken (at the helm of his line-up The Radio Kings) all over the entire world: he is celebrated as the continuation and innovator of Lionel Hampton's traditional style of vibraphone playing. The Dream Makers formed in 2012 from jazz and classical music graduates of the Franz Liszt Academy of Music who are now regular contributors to Viennese and international musical life. Their sound gets a unique colour from the unmistakably unique harmonica-playing of Bertl Mayer. They regularly take part in both contemporary music and theatrical projects: their guitarist, Engel Mayr, is a noted rock musician.
