Two days before the 175th anniversary of the outbreak of the 1848 Hungarian Revolution and fight for freedom, we will together watch, listen to and discuss an event that was a fateful historical moment for the entire nation of Hungary, and the mark it made on Hungarian folk tradition. We will discuss what is an inexhaustibly rich cultural treasure and enjoy a selection from seasoned experts. The show's presenter, the noted proponent of Hungarian folk music Zoltán "Batyu” Farkas, will be joined by folk singer and storyteller Krisztina Benedek, not to mention her music and dancing associates.

The Müpa Budapest underground garage gates will be operated by an automatic number plate recognition system.
