With consideration for the health of both our visitors and staff, Müpa Budapest will remain closed for the rest of the 2019/20 season. This means that all planned performances have been cancelled up to and including 7 July.

People say true music fans never attend concerts unprepared as they naturally decide what they want to go and see according to their own tastes and know exactly what to expect. With respect to concerts directed in-house, Müpa Budapest publishes a programme booklet that contains interesting information on the performed pieces and the artists involved. For those who desire to learn even more, get to know participants and collaborators and hear their thoughts on the pieces to be performed, we have launched, following the tried and tested practices of international concert halls, a series of 30-minute discussions entitled Prologue to be held before certain concerts. These discussions will be held one hour prior to the beginning of the given concert at the Auditorium.

We wish to inform you that in the event that Müpa Budapest's underground garage and outdoor car park are operating at full capacity, it is advisable to plan for increased waiting times when you arrive. In order to avoid this, we recommend that you depart for our events in time, so that you you can find the ideal parking spot quickly and smoothly and arrive for our performance in comfort. The Müpa Budapest underground garage gates will be operated by an automatic number plate recognition system.
