As both composer and guitarist, one of the Hungarian jazz scene's most versatile musicians, Attila László will be the protagonist of the evening, though he will have the help of some incredible musicians to present two different sides of his musical world in the two sections of the concert. Through musical compositions both old and new, the artist will reflect the entire spectrum of his art. The first half will feature more gentle chamber music, painted with pastel colors, while the second will see a more dynamic and 'spikier' fusion sound take centre stage. The icing on the cake comes from the world premiere of a piece composed by Attila László to celebrate Müpa Budapest's 15th birthday.

Given that he leads several musical groups in parallel, Attila László is no stranger to different forms of instrumental arrangement. This time, however, we will have the chance hear two different halves of significantly different character in the same show. He will appear alongside the Budapest Strings Chamber Orchestra, some virtuoso flute players and a rhythm section to perform the classic Brother I and II pieces, the unique Concerto for Jazz Guitar & Chamber Orchestra and a composition prepared especially for the evening to celebrate Müpa Budapest's 15th birthday. Alongside the guitarist, pianist Kálmán Oláh will also enjoy a starring soloist role. After the interval, the Attila László Fusion Circus will rework some of the guitarist's most dynamic songs from different eras, with the three flute players building on the groove-creating keyboards, bass guitar and drums to help the soloist soar. Every post will be filled by outstanding, and the music will be propelled forward by the drumming of special guest Ferenc Németh, a longtime New York resident. 'It's Already That”:… and then you suddenly realise you are right in the middle of some incredible experiences!
