Absurd? Bravura? Celebrity? What strange words! Whatever could they mean? Let's find out! In our musical journey, children and entire families are guided through the realm of words. In this concert based around songs constructed from Eszter Laik's poems, we will take a look at the land of dogs, explore Africa and also visit the jungle, where anyone interested will have the chance to enjoy a tribal dance. We are accompanied on our journey by Pali, a little boy with whom is better to talk to than maybe anyone else on the planet. We play with him and, almost without noticing, we learn. An interactive puppet show and concert with Edina Lovászi and her band.

In 2015, Eszter Laik published a special volume of poetry, Absurd, Bravura, Celebrity (Abszurd, bravúr, celeb), a pictorial book that effortlessly speaks to not just eager-to-learn children but also any adults with a good sense of humour. This book serves as a starting point for the concert. Looking through the volume, Edina Lovászi and her bandmates had the idea of creating a show using a dozen of the book's witty definitions. The music and melodies preserve the playfulness and loveable ideas of the original text. Edina Lovászi's multifaceted experience in children's theatre has shown us that it is possible to offer high quality entertainment for both kids and adults alike: on every single occasion, the capacity of children for abstraction produces some thrilling surprises. We all know that liberated shared play and free communication can work wonders. After all, who wouldn't want to enjoy a wild tribal dance deep in the rainforest, or perhaps imitate some dogs howling at the moon? And the fact that almost foreign words will imperceptably find their way into the children's cerebral cortex is just an added bonus!
