Hungarian audiences became aware of Judit Baracskai, a young singer born in Vojvodina, in 2016, when she won the International Simándy József Singing Competition as the youngest contestant of her category, and she also picked up six special prizes. The same year she finished first at the Petrovics Emil Contemporary Singing Competition, as well as at the Vitkay Kovács Vera International Singing Competition of Novi Sad, coming away with the highest possible number of jury points and the main prize. She made her debut in the Szeged National Theatre's production of Bánk bán as Melinda.

Sára Banai also has important competition wins to her credit, starting with a shared first prize at the 2014 Lav Mirski International Singing Competition in Croatia. In the spring of 2017 she won a special prize at the international J. E. J. Reszke Vocal Competition, went on to sing her first operatic role in the autumn in Rossini's The Barber of Seville at the Szeged National Theatre, and later appeared in another Rossini role at the Győr National Theatre.

The two singers have prepared a diverse programme that covers many styles from late Romanticism to contemporary music, with the compositions of Richard Strauss, Emil Petrovics, Leonard Bernstein, Douglas Moore, and Péter Tóth.
