Until 7 July, no one will lose the discounts from their current level in the Müpa+ membership programme

Müpa is now closed due to the national state of emergency. However, even in this extraordinary and trying situation, the satisfaction of our audience, and in particular our most loyal customers, is extremely important to us. Which is why, from 10 April to the end of the season, 7 July 2020, we will freeze the Platinum, Gold and Silver levels for the Müpa+ membership programme. This means that no one's membership level can move down a level, and cardholders will not lose the discounts related to their current level, even if their loyalty membership expires in the meantime or if they do not have the required number of points for that particular level. 

If you should purchase any tickets from us in this period, however, you can naturally still move up to a higher level, and your loyalty points will be carried over.
