Müpa gift vouchers available once again
We are pleased to announce that following the successful upgrade of our ticketing system, our gift vouchers are again available to purchase online or at our ticket offices. The Müpa gift voucher is an ideal surprise for all occasions and bound to bring joy to the recipient who can choose when and what performance to use it for.
From classical music and literature through jazz and pop all the way to contemporary circus, gift voucher holders have an abundance of genres to select from in the coming season as well. It will showcase diverse Mexican-French tenor Rolando Villazón as well as Waltraud Meier perform, but Musikfabrik Köln, Rohmann Ditta and Olga Pashchenko will also be taking to the stage. Artist of the Season Péter Eötvös and the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra, Ensemble of the Season, are preparing with a wide-ranging programme, but aficionados of early music and lovers of Wagner are also in for a treat. Fans of pop and jazz also have numerous delicacies to choose from. The New Orleans Swing Festival will feature, among others, the Coquette Jazz Band (formed by students of the jazz college in Graz, Austria), Dutch saxophonist Frank Roberscheuten, as well as multi-instrumentalist Gunhild Carling, best known to the world as member of the world-renowned Postmodern Jukebox which performs swing covers of pop hits. The Recirquel Contemporary Circus Company is also back with breathtaking productions.
Müpa gift vouchers are available to purchase at pre-set values of HUF 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000, and can be used by the date specified on the voucher to purchase tickets to Müpa Budapest’s own productions.
