Andrássy út ticket office reopened for refunds and customer service

We wish to inform you that our Andrássy út ticket office (1061 Budapest, Andrássy út 15) reopened on 10 September exclusively for refunding tickets and customer service, including the conversion of season tickets. Opening hours will be 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays, and 11 am to 7 pm on Saturdays.

Entry to the ticket office is only permitted wearing a mask, please keep a distance of 1.5 metres when standing in line.

In addition, note that tickets can also be refunded via the online interface specifically created for this purpose. If possible, please use this facility in preference to visiting the ticket office.
